Chapter 18.97, in accordance with Section 18.07.030.H.2.d. of the Pima County Zoning Code, allows wireless towers disguised as Saguaro cacti as a Type I Conditional Use in the CR-1 zone. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. The Hearing Administrator granted APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
