The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Higher Intensity Urban. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioners Bain, Tronsdale, Membrila and Maese were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 3)
