The property is located at the southwest corner of W. Roller Coaster Road and N. Oracle Road, addressed as 615 W. Roller Coaster Road, in Section 11, T13S, R13E, in the Catalina Foothills Planning Area. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Becker and Cook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
