Thornydale Road and W. Overton Road, addressed as 9150 N. Thornydale Road. The proposed specific plan rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property as Neighborhood Activity Center and Medium Low Intensity Urban. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-3 (Commissioners Hanna, Membrila and Truitt voted NAY) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
