This is an appeal of the U.S. District Court's ruling in D.C. Nos. 4:17-cv-00475-JAS, 4:17-cv-00576-JAS, and 4:18-cv-00189-JAS in favor of the Center and other plaintiffs, which overturned certain administrative rulings by the U.S. Forest Service.
