Affordable Housing Gap Funding Recommendations
Discussion/Direction/Action: Motion to approve the TOP FOUR highest scoring proposals received in response to the CWD Affordable Housing Gap Funding RFP for FY23, totaling $3,775,000.00 for 224 affordable housing units, including both rental units and homeownership units.
