Title: Actions Related to COVID-19 Vaccination Mandates for County Employees Discussion/Direction/Action regarding former and current Pima County employment policies as they pertain to County imposed COVID-19 vaccination mandates for County employees, including but not limited to, the impact upon the following employment scenarios: 1. Discussion/Direction/Action regarding former and current Pima County employment policies as they pertain to County imposed COVID-19 vaccination mandates for County employees, including but not limited to, the impact upon the following employment scenarios:

1.                     Rehiring of former County employees who were terminated due to their refusal to follow the County imposed COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

2.                     Payment of lost wages and back pay to rehired County employees who were terminated due to their refusal to follow the County imposed COVID-19 vaccine mandates.
