Title: Board Initiation of a Pima County Code Amendment Discussion/Direction/Action. Board initiation of a Pima County Code amendment concerning placement of utility lines and equipment along Scenic Routes and establishment of fines accordingly. Directing Pima County staff to draft a code text amendment(s) that would consider and include the following: * The potential to increase the undergrounding required of utility lines along Scenic Routes regulated within Title 18 Zoning, to include significant repair of existing overhead lines and poles. * Create new fines/enforcement for businesses constructing within a Pima County rights of way without a permit by amendment to Chapter 10. * The final language for this code text amendment will be presented to the Board of Supervisors for consideration at a future hearing date no later than February 15, 2022, and for an amendment to Title 18, after a Planning and Zoning Commission hearing. Discussion/Direction/Action. Board initiation of a Pima County Code amendment concerning placement of utility lines and equipment along Scenic Routes and establishment of fines accordingly. Directing Pima County staff to draft a code text amendment(s) that would consider and include the following:

                     The potential to increase the undergrounding required of utility lines along Scenic Routes regulated within Title 18 Zoning, to include significant repair of existing overhead lines and poles.
