Road Pavement Repair and Preservation Program
Staff recommends the Procurement Director be authorized to execute any and all contracts, amendments and change orders to the contracts that are a result of the bid process for the road repair program, provided that the combined not-to-exceed amount of all contracts does not exceed $35,000,000.00 and that projects will be substantially completed by June 30, 2021, and contracts closed by September 30, 2021.
