Gordon and Lois Reay Family Trust, represented by The Planning Center, request a five-year time extension for the above-referenced rezoning from GR-1 (Rural Residential) to CB-1 (Local Business) zone.  The subject site was rezoned in 2010.  The approximate 6.81-acre portion of an original 9.05-acre rezoning is located on the northwest corner of N. Trico and W. El Tiro Roads and on the west side of N. Trico Road, approximately 400 feet south of W. El Tiro Road, on parcel codes 208-20-0470, 208-20-0480, and 208-20-070D.  Staff recommends APPROVAL OF A FIVE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION SUBJECT TO ORIGINAL AND MODIFIED STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
