The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Medium Intensity Urban. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 5-4 (Commissioners Bain, Membrila, Becker and Johns voted NAY; Commissioner Hook was absent) to recommend DENIAL.
