La Cholla Boulevard.  Staff recommends APPROVAL OF TWO CONSECUTIVE FIVE-YEAR TIME EXTENSIONS SUBJECT TO ORIGINAL AND MODIFIED STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
