On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Cook, Maese, and Matter were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
