Old Vail Road and S. Freeman Drive alignment, north of the Union Pacific Railroad Track. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Medium Low Intensity Urban and Medium Intensity Urban. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-1 (Commissioner Gungle voted NAY; Commissioners Becker and Cook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 4)
