The subject site was rezoned in 2008. The site is located on the north side of Camino Dorotea alignment and at the southern terminus of the Coyote Creek Trail Easement, approximately 1,300 feet east of Camino Loma Alta. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 4)
