The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Low Intensity Urban 1.2. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioners Bain, Gungle, Hook and Matter were absent) to recommend APPROVAL WITH A CONDITION. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH A CONDITION.
