Request of Riverview Ventures, L.L.C., represented by Cotlow Company, for a five-year time extension for the above-referenced rezoning from SH (Suburban Homestead) to CB-2 (General Business).  The subject site was rezoned in 2008.  The site is approximately 4.11 acres located on the south side of River Road approximately 1,500 feet east of La Cholla Boulevard and approximately 3,200 feet west of La Cañada Drive.  Staff recommends APPROVAL OF A FIVE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION SUBJECT TO ORIGINAL AND MODIFIED STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
