This proposal is for the relocation of the "Marana Pumpkin Patch". This conditional use permit is allowed in accordance with Section 18.13.030B of the Pima County Zoning Code as a Type II conditional use permit. The Hearing Administrator recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 3)
