On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioners Bain, Cook, Gavin, and Gungle were absent) to recommend MODIFIED APPROVAL OF AMENDING THE SITE TO NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY CENTER (NAC) SUBJECT TO AMENDED REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends MODIFIED APPROVAL FOR NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY CENTER (NAC) SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 3)
