Oracle Jaynes Station Road and N. La Cholla Boulevard. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Medium Intensity Urban. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Membrila and Cook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
