Affordable Housing Bond Projects
The Pima County Housing Commission and staff recommend approval of the following projects and authorization to begin the contract process, 2004 Bond Fund.
TMMFS Senior Housing Project $545,000.00 (District 5);
The Marist on Cathedral Square $604,989.00 (District 2);
The Sonora Project $100,000.00 (District 5);
The Ontario Project $400,000.00 (District 5);
The Linda Avenue House Restoration Project $253,778.00 (District 5)
