San Joaquin Road approximately 1000 feet northwest of the intersection of West Bopp Road and San Joaquin Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan Co7-13-10. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Holdridge, Bain, and Cook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS, AS AMENDED. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS, with a revision to Condition No. 12 replacing the word "lots" with "spaces". (District 3)
