Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Section 18.07.030H2e of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a communication tower increase as a Type III conditional use in the CR-1 zone. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 (Commissioner Cook was absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. The Hearing Administrator recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
