A. On August 6, 2013, the Board of Supervisors approved the following:

It was moved by Supervisor Carroll, seconded by Supervisor Bronson and unanimously carried by a 5-0 vote, to approve the minutes of July 2, 2013. (As part of the entire Consent Calendar motion)

B. If motion to reconsider is approved, proceed with reconsideration
of the following:
Approval of the Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes of July 2, 2013, specifically to amend the description of the Board of Supervisors' action to accurately reflect the adopted standard and special conditions for Item No.29, Co9-12-05, Sabino Canyon Gateway, L.L.C., - Sabino Canyon Road Rezoning as follows:
It was thereupon moved by Supervisor Miller, seconded by Supervisor Bronson and carried by a 4-0 vote, Supervisor Carroll absent, to close the public hearing and approve Co9-12-05, subject to standard and special conditions AS AMENDED TO INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL CONDITION TO ADD A SLIP-LANE TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE SITE FROM NORTHBOUND SABINO CANYON TRAFFIC AND A RIGHT TURN DECELERATION LANE SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE PROPERTY OWNER/DEVELOPER.
