On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Bain, Cook and Neeley were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 1)
