Hardy Road, approximately 600 feet east of N. Thornydale Road, in Section 20, T12S, R13E, in the Northwest Subregion. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Bain, Cook and Neeley were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 1)
