On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioners Bain, Poulos, Holdridge and Membrila were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 3)
