Sunset Road, approximately 1,300 feet west of N. Camino de Oeste, in Section 13, T13S, R12E, in the Tucson Mountains/Avra Valley Subregion. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioners Bain, Poulos, Holdridge and Membrila were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 3)
