Title: Award Amendment of Award: MA B507267-BC Version 10, TW Telecom Holding, Inc., to provide internet service (eRate Program) for Public Library, extend contract term from April 20, 2015 to June 30, 2015 and increase the contract amount by $10,000.00 to cover the extension of the contract term.
