Michael and Leah Bracht request a rezoning (waiver of the platting requirement of the Catalina Foothills Zoning Plan) for approximately 3.65 acres from the SR (Suburban Ranch) to the CR-1 (Single Residence) zone on property located approximately 425 feet south of the T-intersection of N. Rock Canyon Road and N. Marlin Canyon Place, addressed as 5105 N. Marlin Canyon Place. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Low Intensity Urban 1.2. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Truitt and Hook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
