Amendment of Award: Supplier Contract No. SC2400001727, Amendment No. 4, Johnson Controls US Holdings, Inc., d.b.a. Johnson Controls Fire Protection, L.P., to provide for Simplex Fire Alarm equipment and service. This amendment increases the annual award amount by $150,000.00 from $200,000.00 to $350,000.00 for a cumulative not-to-exceed contract amount of $750,000.00 and appends the Heat Injury and Illness Prevention and Safety Plan language to the contract pursuant to Pima County Procurement Code 11.40.030. This increase is needed to replace out-of-date fire alarm systems to make buildings safer for staff and public. Funding Source: General Fund. Administering Department: Facilities Management.
