Edwin, L.L.C., represented by The Planning Center, request a rezoning of approximately 31.2 acres (Parcel Codes 141-03-0120, 141-03-0130, and 141-03-0140) from the SR (AE) (Suburban Ranch - Airport Environs) to the CI-2 (AE) (General Industrial - Airport Environs) zone located on the south side of the terminus of E. Drexel Road, approximately one-half mile east of the intersection of S. Wilmot Road and E. Drexel Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Military Airport. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Membrila and Tronsdal were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 4)
