The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Low Intensity Urban 1.2. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 10-0 to recommend APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
