Diamond Bell Ranch Road in the CB-1 (Local Business) zone. Section 18.07.030.H of the Pima County Zoning Code allows wireless towers as a Type 1 Conditional Use in the CB-1 zone. The Hearing Administrator granted APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 3)
