Discussion/Direction/Action: Creating a guiding policy for Board of Supervisors proclamations. Direct Administration to draft Board policy that allots each Supervisor office 24 proclamations per year (an average of one per meeting) that are presented at Board of Supervisors meetings and encourages Supervisor offices to present proclamations at events.
