The applicant requests to allow a second dwelling on Lot 71, which is 1.26 acres zoned SH and is located on the south side of Calle Paint, approximately 600 feet east of Cerius Stravenue, north of Pima Farms Road. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS. (District 1)
