On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-0 (Commissioners Matter, Membrila, Cook, and Bain were absent) to recommend APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 1)
