Camino De La Tierra and W. Valencia Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan which designates the property for Multifunctional Corridor. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 (Commissioner Hook was absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
