Houston Street Properties, L.L.C., et al., represented by Lazarus and Silvyn, for a modification (substantial change) of Rezoning Condition No. 5 which requires adherence to the revised preliminary development plan as approved at public hearing. The applicant requests to amend the preliminary development plan and a change of use from commercial/office building to a carwash. Automotive related uses, except for automotive fueling bays in association with a convenience store, and drive-through restaurants are prohibited. The subject property is 3.86 acres zoned CB-1 and is located at the southwest corner of W. Magee Road and N. La Cholla Boulevard.
