Title
On September 22, 2026, the Board of Supervisors approved Grant Agreement (G-TR-73807), however, the executed agreement was an earlier draft version inadvertently submitted to the Clerk of the Board. This item is to ratify the correct agreement approved by the U.S. Department of Transportation. This includes the following revisions:
• Page 1, changed FAIN
• Page 4, corrected total amount to $1,646,599.00
• Page 5, modified Activity Schedule
• Pages 10 and 11, removed various template descriptions from the provided table
The Board is requested to ratify the final version of the agreement and direct that it replaces the previously executed draft version in the Clerk’s record. The agreement will not be activated or considered binding until ratified by the Board.
