The site is located on the west side of N. Thornydale Road, approximately 600 feet north of the intersection of N. Thornydale Road and W. Magee Road, addressed as 8101 N. Thornydale Road, Section 30, T12S, R13E, in the Tortolita Planning Area. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 (Commissioner Maese was absent) to recommend an AMENDED APPROVAL TO NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY CENTER. Staff recommends APPROVAL TO COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER. (District 1)
