Thornydale Road, Section 30, T12S, R13E, in the Tortolita Planning Area. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 9-0 (Commissioner Maese was absent) to recommend an AMENDED APPROVAL TO NEIGHBORHOOD ACTIVITY CENTER. Staff recommends APPROVAL TO COMMUNITY ACTIVITY CENTER. (District 1)
