On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioners Membrila and Tronsdal were absent) to recommend MODIFIED APPROVAL OF PLAN AMENDMENT AND REZONING APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
