Houghton Road, approximately 1,700 feet south of the intersection of S. Houghton Road and E. Golf Links Road, in Section 25, T14S, R15E, in the Rincon Southeast / Santa Rita Subregion. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-3 (Commissioners Neeley, Poulos and Holdridge voted "Nay." Commissioner Matter was absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 4)
