Chapter 18.97 in accordance with Sections 18.13.030B35 and 18.14.030B22 of the Pima County Zoning Code allows a Solar Farm as a Type II conditional use in the RH and GR-1 zones. The Hearing Administrator recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 2)
