Sabino Canyon Road and E. Cloud Road, in Section 29, T13S, R15E, in the Catalina Foothills Subregion. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 6-3 (Commissioners Neeley, Richey, and Johns voted "Nay," Commissioner Bain was absent) to recommend MODIFIED APPROVAL. Staff recommends MODIFIED APPROVAL. (District 1)
