The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan (Co7-00-20). On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-0 (Commissioners Poulos, Membrila, and Holdridge absent) to recommend APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
