Hearing - Code Text Amendment
ORDINANCE NO. 2026 - 9, of the Board of Supervisors, relating to air quality; amending the Pima County Code by amending Title 17, Chapters 17.04, 17.08, 17.11, 17.12, 17.13, and 17.16, to update and adopt new incorporations by reference of the following federal regulations: Acid Rain, National Emission Standards For Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP), New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), National Ambient Air Quality Standards, and other parts of Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations, and conforming definitions to State Rules.
