Title: Award Highest Scoring Proposal: Award of Solicitation No. 85467 to Westland Resources, Inc. (Headquarters: Tucson, AZ), the highest-ranked respondent for the Continental Ranch Regional Pump Station Upgrade Design Project for the Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department. Engineering design and construction phase services are required for this project and total cost for all work is not expected to exceed $300,000.00. In the event a fee agreement cannot be reached with the highest ranked firm, request authorization to negotiate with the next highest ranked firms in the following order: HDR Engineering, Inc., then Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., until a contract is executed or the final list is exhausted. Funding source: RWRD Obligation Fund. Administering Department: Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department.
