Title: Award Amendment of Award: MA-12-410, Version 10, Verizon Wireless, to provide cellular phone service to Pima County users approved by their Department Directors and the Information Technology Department; to extend the contract term from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016; to increase the contract amount by $570,000.00, adding $210,000.00 to allow payment of expenditures contemplated during the current term of the contract and $360,000.00 for the extended term of the contract to June 30, 2016. This will align the contract with all the other cell phone contracts with Verizon, AT&T and Sprint which terminate on June 30, 2016. The scope of service and pricing remains unchanged. Funding Source: General Fund. Administering Department: Information Technology.
