Speedway Boulevard and W. Anklam Road intersection and approximately 750 feet south of W. Anklam Road. The proposed rezoning conforms to the Pima County Comprehensive Plan (Co7-13-10). On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 8-0 (Commissioner Holdridge abstention counts as a YES vote; Commissioners Cook and Neeley were absent) to recommend APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH STANDARD AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS. (District 5)
