The request is to split the subject parcel into two lots containing approximately 1 acre and 1.13 acres. The subject parcel is located approximately one quarter mile south of Sunrise Road and one quarter mile west of Craycroft Road. Staff recommends APPROVAL WITH CONDITIONS. (District 1)
