La Cholla Boulevard and 1,400 feet north of W. Overton, in Section 21, T12S, R13E, in the Tortolita Planning Area. On motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted 7-1 (Commissioner Cook voted Nay; Commissioners Gungle and Hook were absent) to recommend APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. Staff recommends APPROVAL SUBJECT TO REZONING POLICIES. (District 1)
